For
the opening of the new Scottish Storytelling Centre building,
I produced a series of illustrations as part of an installation
known as the ‘Storytelling Wall’. This interactive
wall consists of boxes and panels, opening doors to modelled
sets and objects taken from Scottish stories; each of the
five layers explore different aspects of our storytelling
heritage, from myth to history to well-loved classics. On
the upper level of the wall, I contributed seven images drawn
from Celtic folklore. Other wall installations and models
were created by Sandy Andrew, an Edinburgh-based interpretive
designer. |
